We are seeking for a talented and highly motivated individual to join its Systems and Operations Engineering (SOE) team as an operations engineering manager. SOE administers, enhances, builds, and supports user-facing tools, technologies, and accompanying infrastructure in the desktop and mobile space (e.g., Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Citrix, and Slack), develops internal-facing tools to automate and improve Systems Helpdesk operations, and provides technical escalation for other parts of the Helpdesk. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing the SOE team, overseeing operations and engineering work, shaping and communicating its charter and responsibilities, and leading strategic initiatives in collaboration with Systems management.

The operations engineering manager will oversee the SOE team’s operational responsibilities, guide the team’s engineering and development efforts, streamline processes and documentation, and lead the professional development of the team. This person will also build strong relationships with other groups to ensure successful partnerships across the Systems department and firm.
